Heartiest congratulations to all those folks who successfully cleared the EAMCET hurdle. And now would be engineers and are also addressed as juniors.
So how was your first day? Nervous? Excited? Cheerful? Mixed feelings? I know how it feels on the first day of college! I felt the same too, everybody feels the same. Even your seniors might have felt the same, mind you)! On my first day, college felt like some other new world and all seniors as aliens and now see, I’m an alien too!
College! Our college, that feeling would be awesome! Within no time, you would start feeling college as home texting in the class, small kitty fights with besties, sharing canteen bills, late night movies, shopping sessions with friends, gossiping, late submissions of records, last-minute preparations, get outs from the class, chit chats in the class, bus stop fights, missing the buses, best friends lifts, boring classes, amazing lab sessions, B-day treats, ragging, proposals, break-ups, bunks, jokes, parties, friends and friendships and a whole lot which become your identity.
As people say, these are the last days of your carefree, cheerful lives…so make friends, live every second, get involved in fights, apologise , forgive, crack jokes, be the joke, laugh till you cry, cry till you laugh, study until you succeed. You go there with fear of not knowing anybody, but you come out with tears missing everybody…
Once you look back, you will think ‘gone are the days’ and the things which you have learnt and taught, won and lost, laughed at and cried for, fought for and though about, first loves and break-ups, friends who were there for ever and who will be there forever…
Trust me! You wouldn’t even know how these four years would finish! So just gear up and never let even a single second slip by…many lives are being created n some are getting off! Life is an auspicious chance given by somemiraculous power... enjoy every moment of it. Explaining every second is toughest job though!
