Admission form along with Demand Draft of Rs. 1,500/- payable at BELGAUM drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘Registrar ’KLE University, Belgaum duly filled in and sent by the post or submitted in person must reach the Registrar’s office of the KLE University, Belgaum .

Application should ensure that:

1) He / She has signed to the Application Form at the place specified.
2) The Application Form should be duly signed by his / her parent /guardian.
3) Recent passport size photograph should be pasted in the space provided and 6 extra copies of recent passport size photographs should be attached along with the application.
4) Attested copies for SSLC/X Std, PUC/HSC/XII Std, Marks Card and Attempt Certificate.
5) Xerox copy of the Date of Birth Certificate.
6) Affix Left Thumb impression in the column provided in the downloaded/ printed Application Form.
7) DD of Rs. 1500/- favoring Registrar, KLE University- Belgaum.

Hostel facility is available both for boys & girls. The candidates desirous of seeking admission to hostels will have to apply in prescribed form. The hostel fees shall be charged separately

Common Eligibility Requirements for admission to MBBS/BDS: Only those candidates who would satisfy or are likely to satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements for admission to a course will be considered eligible to appear for the KLE UG All India Entrance Test (UGAIET – 2011) & subsequently for admission to that course

Age: The candidate should complete 17 years of age on or before the first day of December 2012.

Qualifications:

F       The candidate seeking admission to any of these courses should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination PUC II / HSC or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other examination equivalent to 10+2/HSC examination of any recongnized Board/University from any School/College situated in India/Abroad after 12 years of study.

F       The candidate should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually & must have obtained at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together in the qualifying examinations i.e., PUC II/10+2 / HSC or equivalent. The candidate should also have secured at least 50% marks in physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together at KLE-UGAIET – 2012 for admission to MBBS/BDS courses. The candidate should also have scored 50% marks in English language

F       Candidates who are likely to appear or who have appeared for qualifying examination i.e., PUC II/10+2/HSC or equivalent but whose results have not been declared will also be considered eligible to appear for KLE-UGAIET-2012, provided they have offered the above mentioned subjects at the said examination

The University shall be conducting KLE University All India Entrance-Test-2011 (KLE-AIET-2011) for various Under-Graduate courses viz. MBBS, BDS, BPT, BAMS, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Certificate B.Sc Nursing & B. Pharm., and Post-Graduate courses viz. MPT, M.D Ayurveda, M.Sc Nursing & M. Pharm. in the respective constituent units of the University viz. J. N. Medical College, KLE V. K. Institute of Dental Sciences, Institute of Physiotherapy, Sri. B. M. K. Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Institute of Nursing Sciences, College of Pharmacy at Belgaum, Hubli and Bangalore for the academic year 2011-12.

The KLEU-AIET-2011 will be conducted between 2:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday, the 7th May 2011 at Twenty centers across the country viz. Belgaum, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Kolkata, Panjim, Indore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Tirupati, Guwahati, Kottayam, Mumbai, Nagpur, Rajkot and Chennai.
