Hyderabad: The English and Foreign Languages University students organisations are up in arms over rustication of a PhD students D kotesh on Tuesday, following a complaint by an assistant professor V Ravinder.

According to the press note issued by the students organisations of EFLU, they have jointly condembned suspension of Kotesh, a PhD student of Translation Studies. Students alleged that Ravinder has been running an NGO illegally giving office address of the campus and cheted a women and her husband.

Ravinder had allegedly used services of the couple in setting up the website as well as many other clerical works for over a year and refused to pay.

   When Kotesh met the couple and inquired about the issue and talked to Ravinder, the latter lodged a compliant with the EFLU authorities three months back.

  The student unions also alleged that Kotesh was punished because he had given a representation to authorities against the professor, that he got into the varsity illegally by providing a fake BC Certificate.

   Kotesh's friends alleged the administration had suspended him without any investigation, because Kotesh is from BC community and an active participant in the Telangana movement.
