A Division Bench comprising Justice V . Eswaraiah and Justice N. Ravi Shankar on Monday directed the NTR Health University to ensure that the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Hyderabad, received bank guarantees from students seeking admission into the Institute.

The Bench made it clear that only those bank drafts drawn by October 26 would be received by the Apollo Institute from students seeking admission into MBBS under the management quota. The Bench directed the varsity authorities to process the present merit list prepared by the institute on the basis of the court's directions.

The bench ordered the impleading of petitions by certain students who had secured admission under the management quota and lost it after the High Court's directions. The Bench will again hear the case on Wednesday .
