The EAMCET-2016 will be conducted on April 29 and the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Kakinada (JTNU-K) is going to conduct it for the second consecutive year.

The university will release the notification on January 29. Students can submit their applications online from February 3 to March 21. The last date for submitting the applications with fine is April 27. For notification and other details, the aspirants can logon to the website: http://www.apeamcet.org.

The schedule was finalised during the CET committee meeting here on Wednesday under the stewardship of Chairman of the A.P. State Council for Higher Education L. Venugopal Reddy. Commissioner of Technical Education B. Udayalakshmi, Chairman of the EAMCET-2016 and Vice-Chancellor of the university V.S.S. Kumar, and convener Ch. Saibaba were present.

Over 2.7 lakh students from AP and TS are expected to take the test this year
