VISAKHAPATNAM:The Intermediate Public Examinations will be held from March 3 to 21. The examinations will be held at 110 centres in urban and rural areas and at13 centres in the tribal areas in the district.

Joint Collector-2 D. Venkata Reddy held a review meeting with the officials of the Regional Inspection Office of the Intermediate Board, RTC, AP Transco, Medical and Health Department and Examination Committee members here on Wednesday.

He directed the officials concerned to make fool-proof arrangements for the smooth conduct of the examinations. The examinations will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and students have to report at their respective examination centres at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Electronic gadgets would not be allowed into the examination hall. Mr. Reddy asked the students to note that two examination centres have been changed. A total of 48,148 candidates would appear for the I year and 47,144 would appear for the II year examinations.
