GMR Institute of Technology on Monday organised the Achievers Day, a first of its kind in GMRIT in the campus, to encourage and appreciate achievers in various fields.
The institute honoured students with appreciation certificates for presentation of technical papers and their participation in model exhibitions conducted by premier institutes across the country.
EAMCET rank based merit scholarship cheques worth Rs. 60 lakh were distributed to different students for their excellence in their academics.
Incentives to students
Principal of the GMRIT C.L.V.R.S.V. Prasad briefed the gathering about the various incentives being given to encourage the students.
