AUCET 2016 will be held at four examination centres here and at one centre in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Bhimavaram, Vijayawada, Guntur and Amalapuram and AUEET 2016, for admission into six-year integrated dual degree and twinning programmes in engineering will be held at three centres in Visakhapatnam and one each at Kakinada and Vijayawada, Director of AU Directorate of Admissions O. Physically challenged candidates needing the help of scribe have to inform the Chief Superintendent of the centre at least one day in advance, he said. Candidates can make corrections regarding name, reservation category, etc. in the nominal rolls, which will be incorporated in the original data subsequently. Candidates need not consult the office of DoA in this regard. He said that the candidates must be present at their respective examination centre one hour before the commencement of the test and they will not be allowed inside once the test is commenced.

The number of applications received for AUCET 2016, for admission into post graduate courses in AU and Dr. Ambedkar University in Srikakulam was 19,376, less than the number of 22,052 received last year. There was also a drop in the applications received for AUEET 2016, compared to the previous year’s test. This year 2,210 applications were received compared to 2,420 last year
