Hyderabad: Students from the Narayana Sri Chaitanya IIT Academy have secured top ranks in the JEE Main-2016 results that were announced on Wednesday.
Sai Teja Talluri secured all-India highest marks (of 345 out of 360) in the open category. Vignesh Reddy Konda bagged the second highest (340) while two students — M. Prashanth Reddy and Sai Aditya secured the third highest marks (of 335). And three students Sai Praneeth Reddy, C. Laxminarayana and P. Sai Kiran Reddy secured fourth highest marks (330).
Academy directors Dr Sindhura Narayana and Mrs Sushma Bopana attributed the success to dedicated faculty and the hard work of students coupled with parental support.
Founder chairman of Sri Chaitanya educational institutions, D.B.S.Rao lauded students on their success. A massive number of Telugu students are in the 2 lakh list of students who have qualified for JEE Advanced exam.
Thirty three Sri Chaitanya students scored over 300 marks out of the stipulated 360. Sai Teja, who secured the highest marks (345 out of 360) thanked his teachers and parents for the support.
“The Integrated Techno Curriculum with C-IPL, C-Batch programmes gave us strong foundation in Maths and Physics,” he said. Vignesh Reddy, who bagged the second highest marks, said a quality syllabus, expert faculty and the best preparation helped him a lot.
Meanwhile, Sai Kiran Reddy, who got the third highest marks, said concept-based study and the doubt clarification methodology at the institute helped students excel in the exam.
