The government has officially made it clear that it will go ahead with the medical test of the EAMCET on May 15 and students who wish to study allied courses like pharmacy, veterinary sciences, agriculture, horticulture and other forms of medicine will have to take the test.
EAMCET Convener N.V. Ramana Rao said all the medicine aspirants have to appear for the medical part of the EAMCET from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. for entry into other medical courses like BAMS, BHMS, BNYS offered by various universities. The test is must for also the allied courses, including BVSc, BSc Agriculture, BSc Food Sciences and B.Tech (commercial agriculture and business management).
The same will be applicable for B.Pharmacy, B.Tech (Biotech) and Pharm.D courses.
