GUNTUR: Students of Vignan Schools came out with flying colours in the CBSE examinations, the results of which were declared on Friday.
The schools located on campuses in Eluru, Ghatsekhar near Hyderabad and Timmapuram near Visakhapatnam achieved a pass percentage of 100.
Chairman of Vignan group Lavu Rathaiah complimented the students and said that though this was the first time the CBSE had introduced grading system substituting marks system, the students performed exceedingly well.
Divyang Sharma of Visakhapatnam and Varanasi Srinivas Venkatesh scored 10/10 CGPA.
In Vignan School at Timmapuram, 45 students scored 9/10 CGPA. Students of Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer too performed exceedingly well with over 90 per cent of students getting distinction.
Chaitra Ganga and Nagalohita Keertana scored 10/10 CGPA. School founder N. Manga Devi, joint secretary Jayasri, principal Sufha Madhavi and dean Rajeswari complimented the students.
