HYDERABAD: Judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Dalveer Bhandari has stressed the need for periodical evaluation of adjudication by courts at all levels to enhance the quality of justice. He also wanted the judicial officers to achieve excellence in adjudication.

Unfair practices
“It must be a constant endeavour for judicial officers to improve their knowledge on latest developments in judicial laws and on new subjects like information technology and cyber crimes to deliver quality judgments,” he said. Easy access to court procedures and proceedings for litigants, legal aid to poor for seeking justice by arranging competent lawyers and inculcating the culture of zero tolerance for corruption would help curtail the delay in justice and prevent unfair practices in courts, the Judge said.
