WARANGAL: The District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) has invited applications from unemployed physically-challenged persons for free training in various vocations.

In a statement issued here, project director Ms. Sujatha Sharma said that those between 18 and 26 years of age with qualification of SSC or Intermediate are eligible for a three month management course being offered by Reddy's Foundation at Hyderabad. After the training, the candidates would be paid a salary of Rs.4,000 per month.

Applications are also invited from candidates between 18 and 26 years of age with SSC and above qualification for a free three month hotel management course offered here in Hanamkonda. Those completing the course would get a salary of Rs.3,800 per month.

There were other courses being arranged by DRDA for the benefit of the physically challenged unemployed youth of the district. Further details can be had from DRDA office located at district collectorate or over phone 8008201759.
