HYDERABAD: The performance of government junior colleges in the Intermediate second year exams has improved with the pass percentage going up to 62.53 per cent this year from 61.48 per cent last year. The government colleges in Adilabad, Nizamabad and Chittoor achieved pass percentages of 83.05, 75.82 and 70.59 per cent respectively.

In MPC, K.Vamsi Krishna, a student of a government junior college in Vijayawada, secured 975.
In BiPC, Ms Shaik Reshma Begum, a student of government junior college for girls, Kadapa, secured 951.
