GUNTUR: In-charge Vice Chancellor of Acharya Nagarjuna University K. V. Rao on Wednesday released the results of PECET-2011. The counseling schedule will be released by the A.P State Council of Higher Education. The ANU has conducted the PECET-2011.
Releasing the results, Dr. Rao said tests were conducted for admission into B.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed Courses. Out of 11, 350 candidates who had appeared for the entrance tests, 10,005 have passed. This includes 1,281 women.
More number of candidates appeared for B.P.Ed test. The pass percentage of students who had appeared for B.P.Ed was 94.68 per cent, while it was 96.30 per cent for U.G.D.P.Ed Course. Students appeared from A.U. O.U and S.V University areas. There are a total of 660 seats available for admission into B.P.Ed Course, while 640 seats were available in U.G.D.P.Ed Courses in the state.
