ADMISSION INTO MBBS/BDS COURSES FOR THE YEAR 2010-11
NOTIFICATION FOR SECOND COUNSELING
In continuation of earlier notification dated 21-07-2010, the University proposes to fill up the vacant seats arised after 1st counseling and also to fill up the enhanced seats in the following colleges for admission into MBBS/BDS courses for the year 2010-11. The 2nd counseling will be held on 20-08-2010 for Special Categories and from 21-08-2010 to 24-08-2010 for all other categories.

The Eligible Rank holders of EAMCET-2010 who did not get selection in 1st counseling are directed to attend the counseling. Those candidates who secured admission in 1st counseling and wish to change their college/course according to their merit, and those who have cancelled / withdrawn and not joined can also attend the counseling.
OC candidates should secure not less than 50% marks (80 marks) and BC/SC/ST candidates not less than 40% marks (64 marks) in EAMCET-2010. OC PH candidates should secure not less than 45% marks (72 marks) in EAMCET 2010.
The candidates should have passed Intermediate (10 + 2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English. OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks. BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks. And OC PH candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks.
The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2010.

The details of vacancies, category wise will be displayed in the University Website on 20.08.2010.
(1) No individual intimation will be sent to the candidates regarding this notification and those who are absent on the day of the counseling and at the time of their turn announced will be considered in eligible for admission.
(2) The selected candidates shall submit all original certificates and pay college fee and University fee by way of crossed demand drafts (as detailed in the earlier notification dt. 21-07-2010 drawn in favour of the Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, payable Vijayawada on any Nationalized Bank.
(3) The other terms and conditions for counseling remain unchanged as announced in our earlier notification dated 21.07.2010.
(4) For further details refer to Regulations in the Website of the University.
(5) Candidates who have already taken admission in earlier phase shall bring the copies of allotment orders receipt of certificates, fee receipt and admission (copy) from the college where the candidate got admitted.
(6) The University fee once paid shall not be refunded at any circumstances.
Note: If any new College is permitted the seats also will be filled up during the 2nd counseling without any further Notification
